I’ve been using Arrest-A-Pest for more than four years to service my investment properties in the Coachella Valley area, and they’ve been consistently reliable, responsive, and competitively priced. Aaron has been our primary technician throughout that time, and he always goes above and beyond to make sure our homes are well protected and any issues are addressed promptly. As a property owner, it’s important to have vendors you can trust, and Arrest-A-Pest has earned that trust with their professionalism, communication, and quality of service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable pest control.

This company offers amazing customer service. They helped me with a tick problem with extra sprays, and tailored recommendations to help mitigate the issue. Aaron is our tech, and he always schedules his visits around my schedule, and I am very particular with timing around baby nap times and he always accommodates what I need and shows up on time! He is very friendly and considerate. Definitely recommend this company!

We had an outstanding experience with Arrest A Pest, and after working with Aaron B, they earned our business as our monthly pest control provider. Aaron was exceptional from start to finish. He was punctual, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and took obvious pride in both his work and the company he represents. Rather than rushing through the appointment, he performed one of the most thorough home inspections we've ever experienced. He carefully inspected every area of our property, explained what he was looking for, identified potential concerns, and answered every question with patience and expertise. What impressed us most was Aaron's commitment to educating us instead of trying to sell us. It was clear that he genuinely cared about protecting our home and providing the right long-term solution. That level of professionalism and customer service made our decision easy. If you're looking for a trustworthy pest and termite company in the Coachella Valley, I highly recommend Arrest A Pest. And if you have the opportunity, ask for Aaron B. He's a true professional and a tremendous representative of the company. We couldn't be happier with our experience and look forward to working with him for years to come.

What a GREAT Company! I have had a cricket issue and had enough of it. I reached out to Arrest a Pet. The lady who answered was awesome, got me scheduled same day. She was very polite, efficient and gave me my options. The tech Aaron was awesome as well. It was 114 out and he powered thru the heat. He informed me and gave me confidence that I had chose the right company! I'm glad I reached out to Arrest A Pest. You will be glad you did. Thank you Arrest A Pest💪

Aaron at Arrest A Pest has been handling our routine desert pest, mosquitoes, spiders, gophers, & rodent needs for the last couple years. Aaron knows we have lots of desert plants with colorful blooms that attract butterflies & birds & that hummingbirds flock to our fresh running water fountain for a drink when it is well over a 100. He suggests things that rid our yard of mosquitoes but doesn’t kill birds or lizards that feed on the pests. Adam & his family run & operate this local pest company & he is other great team members that have helped us with gophers & rats too. We also have lots of rats that come off the HOA palms that surround the backside of our property. These large rats climb on the roof & down into the attic through the roof vents & through the ac & mini split wiring conduit into the attic as well. They redid the wire around the vents & wrapped the ac conduit wiring to prevent them from chewing through again. I was trapping rat after rat in my old snap traps, but after their great work sealing up all the spots we missed it has come to an end. No more dead rats & no more droppings or urine in the attic. We are very pleased to support a local La Quinta company & glad to have great people like Adam, Aaron, his rat team that I failed to get their names. All good people you can trust & they always have a great attitude too. Lucky to have them here in the Coachella Valley.

We were very happy with quick service provided & needed within 24 hours ! The technician was SO kind and very thorough. He was a real pleasure as he took his time inside & outside completing the work we needed. Also the young lady who took our call for service initially was very sweet and patient with all my questions & concerns. Thank you so much 😊

I would highly recommend Arrest A Pest! Adam has done my extermination needs for the last 9 years. Aaron is now doing my monthly service! Very professional, follow through and very personable! They are the best!!

I had a great experience with Arrest A Pest Control. Gregory & Osmar were both outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough in their work. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the issue was fully addressed, not just temporarily handled. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right really stood out. On top of that, they were punctual, respectful, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Highly recommend their service if you’re looking for reliable and effective pest control.

They took the time to explain the treatment process and made sure all of our questions were answered. We've been using Arrest A pest for our monthly service for over a year now and we couldn't be happier with the service. They're always great about letting us know before they arrive, and they consistently take care of our home with professionalism and attention to detail. Gregory has been our representative, he is friendly. helpful and really goes above and beyond. We've also worked with Cristian who is very respectful and professional. Highly recommended this company!

Adam and his company provided amazing service! They explained everything that needed to be done and were on time and even separately helped me move some lumber! I’d certainly say they were very easy to work with and accommodated my schedule. Will definitely use them again!!

Today was the first time we have started our service with Arrest A Pest & Termite. Our technician was very polite, informative and thorough. I am so sorry I forgot his him, I am very bad with names, but I never forget a face. I want his employers to know he did a great job and I will recommend Arrested A Pest & Termite to friends and family. Thank you 😊

Moving forward I will only use this company for termite inspections. Adam was extremely professional & great with communication. He contacted me to see if he could do the inspection earlier than scheduled. The report was ready the same day!!! Thank you Adam👍

Shoutout to Hugo, Andres, and Melissa. I would be remiss to not include Melissa in this review since she was my initial point of contact and she was very impressive as well. She really knew her stuff and got us scheduled right away. Hugo and Andres were on time, friendly, and thoroughly inspected my home instead of rushing through it. During the inspection, they found several American cockroach egg cases hidden inside my toilet tanks and removed them. They explained what they found, why it was happening, and gave me a clear game plan to help keep roaches out of my house going forward. I really appreciated that they answered all of my questions and took the time to explain everything without trying to upsell me. You can tell they know what they’re doing and genuinely care about helping their customers. I definitely recommend Arrest A Pest.

I’ve been using this service since moving out to La Quinta two years ago for a rodent problem and monthly service. Adam and his crew especially Aaron, Osmar and Hugo have been great. Always very professional and attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend this company.
